I've Moved!

For anyone who is actually still checking this blog....Mom, this means you, alot has changed in the last year. So to keep up with all of the change, I've created a new blog called That Much Further West. Hopefully I'll see you there!

FYI.....please only use the phrase, "I'll just have...." when follwed by a simple order such as, "I'll just have a tall coffee." Saying, "I'll just have a maximo decaf non-fat latte with 3 raw sugars and no foam," just doesn't work.

To everyone everywhere.....please do not use phrases like, "I want....." or "gimme.....". I know your mother taught you better manners than that. Instead, replace those phrases with nice ones such as, "I would like.....", or "may I please have.....". Your mother would be so proud.

Also, when someone greets you in the way their mother taught them with, "how are you today?" or "may I help you?", please respond accordingly with "I'm well, thank you for asking." Do not skip directly to the phrases mentioned above. That's just rude and your mother would NOT be proud.

To the crazy guy who threw his coffee.....thank you for providing this morning's entertainment. It had been a long time since I'd seen a grown ass man throw a temper tantrum. And PS, if you come in again, I will dropkick you.

I apologize to those of you who actually spend your time patiently waiting for new updates to my Barista Shout-outs. I blame the seasonality of the shop....there's just no one new coming in to write about. But I can guarantee once season starts up again, I'll have plenty to say!
